Developer positions

NDGF is seeking staff to expand its grid middleware development activities.

NDGF is a distributed organisation that runs a Nordic Grid infrastructure build around NorduGrid ARC and dCache. The infrastructure is used to host the common Nordic Tier-1 for the LHC experiments ATLAS and ALICE, WLCG Tier-2's for ATLAS, ALICE and CMS, projects in bioinformatics, computational chemistry, environmental sciences.

We are looking for creative people with a background in softwarer development, especially:

• Physicists familiar with CERN software, in particular ATLAS, ALICE and CMS.
• Computer Scientists, preferably with knowledge of Grid and in particular NorduGrid ARC and dCache.

For one of the positions familiarity with the ATLAS data management systems will be preferred.

Positions can be located at relevant research institutions in the Nordic counties. For people with special knowledge location close to a relevant research group will be much preferred.
