NDGF Strategy Workshop 2008

Nordic Grid Infrastructure - Now and in the Future

On 3-4 March 2008 NDGF hosted a workshop on "Nordic Grid Infrastructure - now and in the future" in Copenhagen. The workshop brought together Nordic stakeholders in grid infrastructure, including user communities, grid researchers, national grid initiatives, national research and education networks, funding bodies.  In addition, international experts and collaborators were invited to the workshop.

The goal of the workshop was to provide a comprehensive presentation of views on Nordic grid infrastructure, to foster open discussion among the stakeholders, and to provide input to both short-term (2-3 years) planning for NDGF and longer term strategy and plans for Nordic grid infrastructure.

Below you can find background material, a brief summary report from the conference, as well as slides from the presentations at the conference.
